RBI call offs Certificate of Registration of 4 NBFCs
Kanva Shree Credit Private Limited's cancellation order was issued on June 8, 2022. Apart from this rest three companies' cancellation orders were issued on June 29, 2022.
RBI call offs Certificate of Registration of 4 NBFCs/PTI Image
New Delhi: The Reserve Bank of India on Tuesday, July 12 has cancelled the Certificate of Registration of the four Non-banking financial companies, said in a release.
The companies include Kanva Shree Credit Private Limited (formerly known as MCI Leasing Private Limited), Williamson Magor & Co. Ltd, Galaxy Capital Finance Limited, and SRS Finance Limited.
Kanva Shree Credit Private Limited's cancellation order was issued on June 8, 2022. Apart from this rest three companies' cancellation orders were issued on June 29, 2022.
It also mentioned. the above companies shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
